Earthquakes in London

Earthquakes in London

Mike Bartlett's epic rollercoaster ride sees three estranged sisters navigate family chaos, corporate corruption, and personal crises while their scientist father predicts a global climate catastrophe. Bouncing wildly from 1968 to 2525, this thrilling, fragmented play asks what matters most when the world is literally falling apart.

We are very excited to be staging OA Mike Bartlett's seminal 2010 play Earthquakes in London as our senior production this year - marking 15 years since Abingdon did the first ever amateur production of the show, and as a celebration of legendary former Director of Drama Jeremy Taylor, as he retires this year. We are delighted to be staging the show in collaboration with talented actors from OX14 Learning Partnership schools John Mason and Larkmead. Tickets are on sale now via the Amey Theatre box office - get yours now!
